Delete your BULBA MAX account

In the app

• Open the BULBA MAX app and sign in with your phone number.
• Go to the Profile tab.
• Tap “Delete account” at the bottom of the screen and confirm.
• The account is deleted right away and the app signs out.

Without the app

Email [email protected] with the subject “Delete account” and the phone number of the account. To make sure the number is yours, we may send it an SMS code. We delete the account within 7 days and reply to your email.

What is deleted

• Your name and phone number.
• Push notification tokens and every signed-in device.
• Your name and phone number in your order history.

What is kept

Order records — dishes, total and time — without your name or number, for accounting. They can no longer be linked to you. New orders not yet accepted are cancelled; an order already being cooked keeps the name and number so it can be handed over.
